We are making changes to our fees
Following a review of the fees and pricing across our product range, we are making some changes to improve the clarity, comparability and competitiveness of our fees. These changes will affect investors in different ways, depending on how our funds are accessed.
Allan Gray unit trust investors
If you invest in Allan Gray funds through a basic unit trust account (existing clients will have account numbers beginning with AGUT), you may be affected by changes to our investment management fees.
Allan Gray Local Investment Platform investors
If you invest in Allan Gray funds on our Local Investment Platform via a unit trust account, retirement annuity, tax-free investment, pension or provident preservation fund, endowment or living annuity (existing clients will have account numbers beginning with AGLP, AGRA, AGTF, AGPE, AGPR, AGEN or AGLA), you will be affected by changes to our administration and investment management fees.
Investors in Orbis funds
If you invest in Orbis funds through our Offshore Investment Platform or Offshore Endowment (existing clients will have account numbers beginning with AGOS or AGON), you will be affected by investment management fee changes.
