Allan Gray Online enables you to view and manage your investment securely. 

 

Information you can view and download online

  • Investment information: View your statements, detailed transaction history and investment values.
  • Tax information: View and download your tax certificates.
  • Instructions received: View all instructions that we have received for your investments.
  • Investment performance: Track your investment performance using the performance tool (for investments older than 12 months).
  • Investment exposure: View your investment’s asset class exposure using the asset allocation tool.
  • Fund prices: View fund prices for local and offshore funds available on our investment platform.

Instructions you can submit online

  • Additional contributions: Add to your existing investment account(s).
  • Switch: Switch between funds in a particular account.
  • Withdrawals: Sell units from your existing investment accounts and have the money paid into your bank account.
  • Debit orders: Schedule new, increase/decrease or cancel existing debit orders for existing investment accounts.
  • Regular withdrawals: Schedule new regular withdrawals and change or cancel existing regular withdrawals.
  • Upload documents online: Upload supporting documents such as your proof of payment or proof of your bank account for instructions submitted. 

Manage your user profile online

  • Update your personal details: Update your contact and address details.

 

If you have forgotten your user name or password, you will be able to reset these login details by navigating to the ‘forgotten password’ section of the login page. We will send you an SMS to help reset your online account.

In the forgotten user name and password section you may use the email address which you have on record with us to check if you have an online account. If you do, we will send you your forgotten user name by email and a verification code by SMS.

If you do not already have an Allan Gray Online account complete the Online Account Application and a Client Service Centre consultant will then contact you to confirm your registration telephonically.
