Moving to a hybrid working world is presenting different challenges for different businesses. Financial advisers have been adapting to significantly changed ways of working with clients and other stakeholders. What the future will look like is somewhat unclear, but in this new world, professional conduct naturally remains a top priority. During a recent Zoom webinar, Lelané Bezuidenhout, CEO of the Financial Planning Institute, focused on ethics and professionalism within the context of a virtual and face-to-face environment.
