Our backend micro-services are built using Scala, leveraging the stability and performance of the battle hardened JVM. We use Node for our public facing gateways, and on the client use a React-Redux stack to build out a suite of performant single page applications.
Our backend architecture consists primarily of RESTful APIs, built and deployed on an elastic containerised infrastructure supported and managed in-house through Kubernetes.
We are looking for smart, passionate people, whether you are a backend or frontend specialist, or a full stack developer.
The length of the interview process depends on the role, but on average it takes two weeks from engagement to making an offer (this also depends on how quickly you respond).
The typical interview process for a technical role is:
- Telephonic interview (1 hour)
- Coding assignment (3 hours) - at home in your own time
- Onsite or remote technical & cultural interview (2 hours)
- Psychometric tests (1.5 hours) - Completed online in your own time
- Credit and Criminal check
