Although this is not a requirement, we highly recommended that you attend a presentation as it provides a unique opportunity to interact with our senior staff, understand our culture and history and whether there may be a suitable role for you.

However most roles require numeric ability and in some a financial background is useful, if not essential. We will also provide all the academic and practical training required.

We will ask competency-based questions that are geared towards eliciting an understanding of the interviewees' skills, knowledge and attributes that are deemed necessary for success in the role.

On average an interview will take 30 - 45 minutes. Interviews however may vary, depending on the interviewer and the length of your answers.

We believe that it is prudent to get objective sources of valid information about an applicant, in order to help with comparisons across different degrees, universities and first round interviewers. All candidates are expected to go through testing if they wish to be considered for second round interviews.

Depending on the position applied for, we may test comprehension ability, numerical reasoning and do a personality profile.

The tests take approximately 2 - 2½ hours to complete and are done at the university.

Yes you can, if you have continued to study. We have two recruitment streams: graduate recruitment, which implies that this is a first job application and is managed on a structured basis; and recruitment of experienced professionals which is managed on a more ad hoc basis as and when opportunities open up. Once you have acquired some work experience you may re-apply online.

This is best left until second round interviews, unless raised by the interviewer.
